ABS Autoherstel is a Dutch cooperation of 70 car repair shops operating individually. ABS Autoherstel is the biggest cooperation of its kind in the Netherlands.

With AUGASSIST, ABS is able to connect with other locations quickly for sharing expertise for complex reparations. From the online dashboard they can invite any person or company by email for a videocall. This way, ABS reduces standstill, intake duration and increases overall performance.

This way, the network of ABS Autoherstel is not only a network of companies, but also a network of expertise enabling the 70 locations to share expertise for any car make speeding up the repair process. Insurance companies are happy with the remote solution, since they can now check vehicle damage in realtime and live, from a distance.
