BFG implemented AUGPICK to reduce errors and increase productivity by allowing the pickers to have visual guidance throughout the entire process. By wearing the smart glasses while working with the forklift truck they have visual guidance throughout the entire process. When the picker needs to step out of the forklift to pick some items, the smart glasses enables them to still have access to all the information they need, reducing the average time per pick drastically.
